Below are the positions we’re currently hiring for:

Account Coordinator

We are looking for a hard-working, results-focused Account Coordinator with tech PR experience to join our team. You will be part of a 2-4 person team on 2-4 different B2B tech client accounts. 

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a tech PR role at an agency or in an in-house position (not as an intern, but as a full-time employee)
  • Experience using PR applications and tools such as Cision, Muckrack, Meltwater, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks across several accounts. Ability to effectively manage time and resources in a manner that adheres to budget thresholds for each account.
  • Experience in drafting posts and facilitating engagements on corporate social media channels. Experience with social media publishing and management tools such as HootSuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and accountability 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least a four year degree from an accredited college/university with a degree in communications, journalism, PR, or a related field (candidate may have an unrelated degree if she/he has strong PR experience).

Duties:

  • Build, maintain, and update media lists 
  • Research, flag, and pitch scheduled editorial calendar opportunities
  • Pitch and secure “thought leadership-driven media opportunities (i.e., not those noted in editorial calendars) in IT, trade, business, and regional media outlets 
  • Monitor and flag relevant client media opportunities in HARO, QUOTED, etc.
  • Write and submit compelling submissions for HARO, QUOTED, etc.
  • Monitor editorial coverage and report to clients
  • Research and manage awards and speaking opportunities and deadlines
  • Manage client activity worksheets
  • Actively participate in client/team meetings, and provide notes/summaries to participants

Account Supervisor

We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead several B2B technology client account teams. You will manage teams and the day-to-day PR responsibilities for several accounts within our growing tech client roster. You will be part of a 2-4 person team on 2-4 different B2B tech client accounts. 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a tech PR role at an agency or in an in-house position 
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and teams. Experience managing junior-level teammates
  • Exceptional client service skills. Ability to effectively manage clients with different needs, personas, and expectations
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical information for a variety of audiences
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Duties

  • Lead 2-4 B2B accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage junior team members to execute strategies and tactics to achieve objectives for each client.
  • Develop and execute plans (macro and micro) that support each client’s marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead media relations strategies for all proactive and reactive opportunities. 
  • Write compelling content (press releases, pitches, contributed articles, blog posts, etc) as needed. Serve as editor and content project manager for client accounts.
  • Manage budgets, hours, and expenses per the thresholds provided for each client account.
  • Track results vs stated objectives. Report results to clients and teams accordingly.
